George Bothamley

I love photography because of this idea of capturing a moment in time and making it last forever. 
But also, as a personal practice, I feel like it can really encourage us to see the world more mindfully, and  find new ways of seeing the beauty that is all around us.

I'm a big believer in William Blake's notion of how we can see "eternity in a grain of sand" -
and of the Hermetic principle "As above, So below" - which is essentially a reminder that even the most modest of sights
can contain profound spiritual insight.
