Meditation and Mindfulness Consultations
Supporting your emotional and spiritual wellbeing

This side of my work is all about helping people in a much more personalised way.
Some people contact me just for a one off conversation about how to move towards certain goals or ambitions in a much more mindful way.
Others come for more ongoing guidance - where we work together to help you learn meditation in a much more personalised way and incorporate these practices into your daily life.
And, occasionally, I work as a kind of personal confidante / objective advisor to individuals in positions of leadership - with a focus on how mindfulness can help bring a much needed balance to life again.
Practices we may focus on include
Breathing exercises
Sitting Meditation techniques taken from across a variety of philosophical and spiritual schools
(All entirely Non dogmatic, and tailored to each individual)
Creative Meditation practices - including
art therapy, photography, and journaling.
But, fundamentally, this is all about supporting you as an individual
So, if you are interested in talking more about any of the above, please do get in touch
(Note: As mentioned above, I only take on a handful of consultations at any time - and while I do work with a range of individuals, I am not a trained psychologist or mental health therapist.
So, if you are seeking treatment plans for a mental illness, I am afraid I cannot be of much help - though I do highly encourage you to seek out a fully qualified professional.
I am
Encourage us to see the world more mindfully, and find new ways of seeing the beauty that is all around us.
I'm a big believer in William Blake's notion of how we can see "eternity in a grain of sand" -
and of the Hermetic principle "As above, So below" - which is essentially a reminder that even the most modest of sights
can contain profound spiritual insight.
One of my core maxims in life is "know how to see" - because I genuinely believe that learning the art of paying attention can not only help us to master any field, but more so can bring profound benefits to you personal life too.

Know how to see is a constant reminder that nothing is ever truly surface level.
Every action has a cause.
Every subject has a meaning.
And even the smallest grain of sand can give us an insight into some deeper emotion, if we observe it consciously enough.

This has been at the core of how I approach all aspects of my work. From my more philosophical essays - which are based on trying to see the world in a deeper way - to my poems and prose (Which is essentially an exercise in observing emotion) - and into all my other arts of photography, drawing, and music etc.
Essentially, they are all mediums through which I am trying to experience the world in a new way.
But being self educated - and having spent many years in my past living an extremely lonely life - I think it would have been entirely impossible for me to develop an ability in any of these fields, if it had not been for this mindset of "know how to see".
So, while I am far from being any kind of teacher on this . . . if you are someone who genuinely wants to learn how to see the world differently, feel free to contact me via the form below.
